Welcome to KonnichiCollect. By accessing or using our website at konnichicollect.com (the "Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). KonnichiCollect is a California-based business. All product sales are conducted through our eBay store, and purchases made through eBay are also subject to eBay's User Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site.

2. Nature of the Site

This Site serves as an informational and marketing platform for KonnichiCollect. Product listings, descriptions, and images on this Site are provided for browsing and reference purposes. All purchases are completed through our eBay store, where eBay's policies, buyer protections, and payment processing apply.

3. Products and Descriptions

All products listed on KonnichiCollect are sourced firsthand in Japan. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item, including its condition, authenticity, and any notable details. Minor variations in color may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Product availability is limited and subject to change without notice. Items are sourced during trips to Japan and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed on eBay. All payment processing is handled by eBay. We do not process payments directly or store credit card information on our servers.

5. Custom Sourcing Service

Our custom sourcing service allows you to request specific items for purchase during our next trip to Japan. Custom sourcing is arranged directly with us via email, outside of eBay. By submitting a custom sourcing request, you understand and agree to the following:

• A non-refundable research fee may apply for complex or hard-to-find requests.
• A deposit is required upon approval of your quote. The deposit amount will be specified in the quote.
• If we are unable to locate the requested item, your deposit will be refunded in full (minus any non-refundable research fee, if applicable).
• Sourcing timelines depend on our travel schedule. We make no guarantees regarding specific fulfillment dates.
• Final pricing may vary from the initial quote if the item's retail price has changed. We will notify you of any price changes and obtain your approval before purchasing.
• Once an item has been purchased on your behalf, the sale is final and the deposit becomes non-refundable.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from the Central Valley of California, USA. We ship domestically within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Shipping timeframes, carriers, and policies are detailed on our Shipping and Returns page.

Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

For purchases made through eBay, eBay's Money Back Guarantee applies. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and eBay's policies, eBay's policies will take precedence for transactions made through their platform.

Due to the nature of our products (sourced internationally in limited quantities), all sales are generally final outside of eBay's buyer protection. We accept returns only in the following cases:

• The item received is significantly different from the listing description.
• The item was damaged during shipping.
• The wrong item was sent.

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, design elements, and code, is the property of KonnichiCollect or its content suppliers and is protected by US and international copyright laws. Product names, brand names, and trademarks referenced on this Site (such as Disney, Tokyo Disney Resort, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. KonnichiCollect is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or any other brand mentioned on this Site.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, its content, or any products, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KonnichiCollect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KonnichiCollect and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Disputes related to eBay transactions may also be subject to eBay's dispute resolution process.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted to this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Severability
